Bodeen Moto specialises in the design and manufacture of custom billet aluminium engine covers for motocross bikes. We offer a full range of clutch and ignition covers which can be fully customised on request. Our customisation service gives you the opportunity to machine your name, number and sponsor logos directly into the cover.

Our engine covers are all manufactured in the UK and are machined from 6061 T6 aircraft grade aluminium billet. Each cover has been designed to offer increased strength to withstand the big hits and are hard anodised to provide extremely high wear resistance.

THE PROCESS

To customise your cover, just select ‘CUSTOM’ from the drop down menu when purchasing the cover and give design details on checkout (layout, style of font, logos to include, etc). Any logos can be sent to ben@bodeenmoto.com. We request either vector PDF, EPS or Ai file formats to enable us to engrave your design accurately.

Once we have your design details/artwork, we will put together a visual for you to approve before engraving your design into the cover.
